Introduction

In this article you'll learn how to create and set up a content mission on Instagram. You're going to ask your users to post a story with on their account with a code. In exchange, they'll earn points as soon as the mission is completed.

Create a mission

Go to the Missions area, where you can create and modify your missions. By clicking on "Create a mission", you'll have access to the library of missions and to the one dedicated to "Post a story with a code".

✨ Regarding Instagram missions, they require you to have linked your account from the Integration area before you can create the mission.

Setting up the mission

Once you've clicked on Create, you can set up the mission.

At each stage of configuration, a real-time preview of your settings is displayed on the right, as they will appear to your users. This allows you to check the final rendering immediately, and adjust elements if necessary, before publishing.

CONFIGURATION TAB

  • The title

We set a default title, but we recommend you personalize it using the way you talk to your customers.

  • The points

We've established a default standard based on the level of commitment the assignment requires from your customers. The aim here is to make the mission attractive to your customers. Attractiveness lies in the right balance between missions and rewards.

Example: "300 points"

✨ Consult this guide to help you configure the points/rewards ratio.

  • Promotional codes

Promotional codes can entice customer subscribers to make a purchase they might not have considered. Insert a code for a special offer, such as "BUY1GET1" for a free item with the purchase of another.

  • Link

Don't forget to add a link to your store.

  • Hastags

We recommend no more than 2 #s.

  • Example

We suggest you import an image as an example to help guide your customers through the mission.

ADVANCED SETTINGS TAB

  • Icon

Upload a custom icon or image to illustrate your mission. This will make your program more attractive to users.

📝 Note: if users are targeted, they must be logged in to see the mission.

  • Image rights for mission content

To reuse content created by your users, request their consent and activate the option by clicking on the button to the right.

  • Validate mission content

If you activate this option, you won't have to validate mission content.

  • Inform users of new mission

By activating this option, all users targeted by this mission will receive an email indicating that a new mission is available.

📝 Note: When an option is activated, the colors indicate its status

Red: option deactivated

Blue: option enabled

You can then Save and Exit to leave your mission in draft form, or Activate to publish your mission, which will then be available in your program.

Mission verification

Once the mission has been completed, it is sent directly to the content/moderation section, where you can directly ✅validate or ❌invalidate it.
