Introduction
In this article, we will see how to manage your various missions, edit them if necessary and get access to their statistics. Activating and deactivating missions on a regular basis brings your program to life and reactivates your users.
The list of missions
In the Missions tab, you can access the list of missions you've created.
⚠️ Use the three small dots on the right to duplicate or delete a mission.
If you delete the mission, all data and content related to this mission will be deleted. Users who have already completed this mission will keep the mission points.
By default, this is where you'll find a list of all your active and draft missions.
Click on Filters to display your old deactivated missions.
For each mission, you get a quick view of :
the number of points to be earned
the number of users who have completed it
You can then edit the mission, view the statistics and deactivate the mission.
Edit mission
The Edit button redirects you to the mission creation interface.
Here, you can modify the mission's name, description, image and success criteria. Click on Save and Exit at the bottom and you're done!
📝 Note: You can only edit a mission's points when it's still in the draft status.
Statistics
The Statistics button takes you to your mission's dashboard.
Here, a graph shows the number of times the mission has been carried out over the selected period.
On the right, the Recent activities table lists the latest users to have completed the mission (with a link to their detailed profile).
Modify mission status
On the Missions tab, the last button lets you modify the status of your missions. This differs according to whether your mission is live or in draft.
Draft Mission
The Duplicate button allows you to copy the reward.
The Trash icon allows you to permanently delete it. A warning message will appear asking you to confirm your action.Published Mission

Shopify product deleted: impact on your missions
⚠️ Available for Shopify merchants only.
Some missions are linked to a specific Shopify product (e.g. Buy this product, Test this product, Leave a review for this product). If that product is removed from your Shopify store, Loyoly automatically detects the issue.
In the Loyoly BO, on the mission list:
A clear warning is displayed on the affected mission, indicating that the linked product no longer exists in Shopify,
You can reconnect the mission to another product, or deactivate it.
In the earn feed (customer-facing), the mission is automatically deactivated: it no longer appears in the customer's mission list. Customers who had already completed this mission keep the points they earned.
💡 Best practice: update the mission as soon as possible if you want to keep it running (e.g. relink it to the product that replaces the deleted one).
