Add Custom Nicknames to Your Shipments

We’re excited to introduce a new feature based on your valuable feedback! You can now add custom nicknames to your shipments, making them easier to identify and manage right from your dashboard.

Your custom nickname will now appear as an identifier for that shipment, making it instantly recognizable.


What's New?

You will now see a new pen icon next to your shipments on both the main Dashboard and the Shipment Details page. This is your tool for adding, editing, and managing your custom nicknames.


How to Add a Nickname

Adding a custom name to a shipment is simple.

  1. Locate the shipment you wish to name on your Dashboard or Shipment Details page.

  2. Click the pen icon next to the shipment's ID.

  3. A pop-up window will appear. Here, you will see the shipment's un-editable Tracking ID for reference and a field where you can enter your new nickname.

  4. Type in a meaningful nickname (e.g., "Main Warehouse Restock," "Supplies for Dallas Store," or "John Doe's Order").

  5. Click Save. Your custom nickname will now appear in place of the BOL number for that shipment, making it instantly recognizable.


Editing or Removing a Nickname

Plans change, and so can your nicknames.

To edit or remove a nickname, simply click the same pen icon again. The pop-up window will reappear, allowing you to either change the text to a new nickname or delete it completely to revert to the default display.


Find Your Shipments Faster with Search

The best part? Your custom nicknames are fully searchable!

You can now use the main search bar on your dashboard to find a shipment by its nickname. Just type the name you assigned, and we'll pull it right up for you. This makes locating a specific order faster than ever before.
