LTL Select Registration and Access

How to set up and access your LTL Select account.

To register and get access to LTL Select, you must first have an existing FedEx Freight account. Both eight and nine-digit account numbers are accepted on LTL Select. If you do not have a FedEx Freight account, you can call FedEx Freight customer service to 1 (800) 463-3339.


Step 1: Create Your Login

  1. Click Sign Up on the right side of the screen.

  2. Enter your Email as your username and create a unique password.

    Pro-Tip: To avoid login issues, ensure your password is distinct from your username.

  3. Click the orange Sign Up button. You will be redirected to the registration page.


Step 2: Identify Your Account Type

At the top of the page, select the box that matches your FedEx Freight relationship:

  • FedEx Freight Shipper Account: If you are shipping from your own location.

  • FedEx Freight Third-Party Account: If you are managing shipments for other locations.

Step 3: Enter Your Billing Information

This is the most important step. Fill in all fields marked with an asterisk (*).

CRITICAL NOTE: Your billing information must be identical to what FedEx Freight has in their internal system (ACCOPS) you may reach out to your FedEx Freight account executive to get those details. Even a tiny difference will cause an error.

  • Example: If FedEx Freight has "Road" and you type "Rd", the system will reject it.

  • Tip: If you get an error, check your latest FedEx Freight invoice or call your Sales Rep to see exactly how they have your address formatted (e.g., abbreviations, periods, or suite numbers).


Step 4: Add Shipping & Pickup Details

  1. Zip Code: Enter your Zip Code first. The Country, City, and State fields will auto-populate.

  2. Pickup Times: If you are a Shipper Account, you must set your Ready Time and Close Time using the dropdown arrows.

  3. Multiple Accounts: If you have both Shipper and Third-Party accounts with different billing addresses, register with one first. You can add the second account as a "Location" once you are inside the dashboard.


Step 5: Finalize Registration

  1. Review all information for accuracy.

  2. Check the "I accept the Terms and Conditions" box in the bottom left.

  3. Click Register in the bottom right.
