Sample Origin Page
NOTE: Fields/Lines in black on the Origin page can be edited. Fields/Lines in grey on the Origin page cannot be edited.
If using a Shipper Account the Company Name and Address will pre-populate. When using a Third Party Account, you will have to either Search for a Contact or Add New (see screenshot above)
Enter the Contact Name, Phone, Extension if any, and Email address.
To add a Pickup Accessorial, click on the Drop Down Menu.
Click Next to proceed to the next step.
