Lugg's support team is available 24/7 and there are several ways to get help, whether you have a question before booking or need assistance during your move. Lugg does not currently offer phone support β€” live chat is the fastest way to reach our team.

Support hours

Our live support team is available 6:30 AM ET – 10:00 PM PT, nearly 19 hours a day, seven days a week.

Outside of those hours, you can still get help through the same live chat β€” our chat support can answer common questions, provide information, and assist with basic requests around the clock. You can also browse the Lugg Help Center anytime for instant answers.

Talk to your Luggers directly

Staying safe

Lugg will never call you to ask for personal information, passwords, or payment details. If you receive a phone call or message claiming to be from Lugg and asking for this kind of information, do not share it. Reach out to us through the official channels listed above to verify any communication.
