When you log in to your LumaDock account, the control panel is where all account and service management happens. It’s built to give you quick visibility into your services while keeping billing, support and settings easy to reach.

This article walks through the dashboard, the left navigation panel and your main account options so you always know where to go.

Dashboard overview

The dashboard is the first page you see after signing in.

In My Dashboard, you get a snapshot of your account activity. This includes the number of active services, saved quotes, unpaid invoices and support tickets.

Below this summary, your active products are listed. Each product has a Manage button that takes you straight to its individual control panel:

LumaDock left navigation panel

The left navigation panel is always visible and works as your main shortcut menu. No matter where you are, this panel lets you move between services and account sections without going back and forth.

Dashboard

The Dashboard link always returns you to the main dashboard. It’s the fastest way to get a high level view of your account and recent activity:

My servers

My servers opens the My Products & Services page. Here you can see all products you’ve purchased from LumaDock along with their current status such as active or inactive.

Selecting Manage on any product opens the control panel for that specific service:

Products

The Products section shows all services available for purchase. Expanding this menu lets you quickly browse current offerings and see any new or promotional deals that may be available:

SSL certificates

SSL certificates is where you manage any SSL certificates you’ve acquired. You can view certificate details and monitor their status from this section:

Affiliates

The Affiliates section is used to manage your affiliate account if you’re enrolled in the program. It provides access to referral and earnings information:

Financial

The Financial section keeps billing related items together. From here you can review invoices and manage your payment methods:

Support

The Support section connects you with help and system information. Here you can open a ticket for the LumaDock support team, review existing tickets, browse the Knowledgebase for answers and check the Network status to see the current condition of the LumaDock network:
