How are conversations organized? The Inbox uses a Read / Unread / Archive model with keyboard shortcuts, bulk actions, and saved filters — see "Inbox V2: What's New."
Can I reuse common responses? Yes — save canned responses with Quick Replies (see "Quick Replies: Getting Started").
Does AI help me reply? Yes — Suggested Replies drafts up to three AI responses you can edit and send (see "Inbox AI: Suggested Replies").
Can I message many contacts at once? Use Bulk Messaging for one-offs, or SMS/Email Marketing and Automations for campaigns and triggered sends.
All messaging follows consent/opt-in and 10DLC rules; opted-out contacts are automatically excluded.
