How to Use Your Recovery Email to Regain Access
If you lose access to your work email, you can log in using your recovery email by following these steps:
Go to the LumiQ Login page.
Click on “Forgot Password or Trouble Logging In?”
Enter your recovery email address.
You’ll receive an email with a link to recover your account.
Click “Recover Account” in that email to begin.
Follow the steps to set a new password.
Make sure to use the same recovery email—you can’t complete this process with a different one.
Once complete, you can log into LumiQ using your recovery email and new password.
