Detailed descriptions of active customers and how they effect your bills

Updated over a month ago

Plans in easyPoints has a limit to it's active customer count. The recommended plan differs depending on your active customer count.

Definition

When a customer has met the two requirements below, they are considered and "active customer".

  1. They possess more than 1 point, or has pending points.

  2. They have ordered, received points through API, or received a reward other than the birthday at least once, since the install of easyPoints.

  3. Their account is enabled.

When migrating from an alternative E-Commerce platform to Shopify or when migrating from an alternative loyalty program application to easyPoints, the customer will not be an active customer with the migration of the customer account information and the point balance.

The customer needs to have at least one or more points and has to order or receive points from a reward to become an active customer.

When the customer’s points have expired, and the number of points the customer possesses becomes 0, that customer will no longer be considered an active customer.

Pricing

All easyPoints plan has a limit to it's active customer count. When exceeding this limit, a small amount of usage charge per person exceeded will be added to you monthly bill. If your active customer count significantly exceeds the limit, plan update is recommended.
