Active customers during migration

When migrating from a different platform to Shopify, please transfer the customer information as well.
The migrated customers will not be considered an easyPoints active customer even if the customer information has been imported to Shopify.

To check the details about active customers, please refer here.

The migrated customer will be considered an active customer for easyPoints once they have made an order and received points, or if they have received points from a reward feature.
