Import customer information to Shopify
In order to migrate point information from a different point system to easyPoints, first the data has to be imported to Shopify.
In order to import customer information to Shopify, access the Shopify management page and open the customers selection. Locate the import button on the upper right corner to import the CSV file. This action cannot be occurred within the easyPoints app.

Using CSV import on easyPoints to import point data
The easyPoints CSV import feature is accessible for all plans. Once you have installed the application, all Shopify-registered customers will be registered to easyPoints as well.
The easyPoints CSV import feature is located in the CSV section of the easyPoints app.
CSV file templates can be downloaded for confirmation. after inserting the customers' email address and the number of points, import the file for completion.
