* Active Customers (AC) are customers that have an activated account with more than 1 point or points pending and has ordered, received points through API, or has received rewards other than the birthday at least once since the install of easyPoints.

easyPoints subscriptions include monthly fees and additional fees based on the number of active customers that exceeding the maximum limit in the subscription plan.

If a merchant has selected the basic plan, the monthly subscription fee is $50. Adding on to that, if the total amount of active customers exceeds 500, each customer that has surpassed the limit will charge an extra fee of $0.22.

For example, if a merchant is using the basic plan with 2000 active customers, surpassing the maximum by 1500, an extra fee of $330 will be charged.

Therefore, if you are using the basic plan and have 2000 active customers, the monthly fee amounts to $380.

If you have 2000 active customers and select the pro plan, the monthly fee for that would be only $180. So, as a result the pro plan is more cost-effective compared to the basic plan with 2000 active customers.

Furthermore, any plan above the basic plan offers many add-on features within the pricing. So, please look out for those as well.
