1. Install the app
Please install the following apps from the Shopify app store.
2. Setting up the sync
In order to connect easyPoints and StoreCRM, you will have to
1. Export easyPoints data through CSV and import it to StoreCRM
2. Set up a flow in Shopify flow to send information from easyPoints

3. Set up automations
The following flows can be created. (Content is in Japanese)
1.Point balance update notification
2. Notifications when a customers meet specific conditions (e.g. expiration warning)
3. 会員ランクなどに応じたセグメント毎のメール・LINE配信
4. Set up customer point displays in the LINE app
Customers can configure their point balance, expiration date, current tier along with their Shopify ID barcode, all in their LINE messaging window. Please refer to this article for more detailed information. (The link is in Japanese only, please contact support for guidance in English.)
