The point analytics in the easyPoints admin might not get displayed for various reasons.
In this article we will explain the possible problems when the analytics is not visible.
1. You have less than 300 orders / month
To ensure the reliability of the data, easyPoints advanced analytics will only get displayed for stores that have over 300 orders / month.
2. It has been less than 30 days since you installed
The analytics requires data of at least 30 days from install.
3. The data seems to be biased
If the collected data seems to be biased for some reason, easyPoints will not display the analytics. Here are some possible cases of the cause.
Sign up is required or disabled in your store
If the sign up is required in your store, all customers will be counted as "loyalty customers", and will create a huge bias in the data. Same goes with when sign up is disabled, and all customers are guests.
You do not use the legacy account in your store
Shopify has the new account management system called "Customer accounts" that is based on the email and a verification code sent via email, while on the other hand the legacy account is a login system based on email and a normal password. The differentiation of "Guests" and "Signed up customers" only exist in the legacy accounts, and therefor the advanced analytics also only works with these accounts.
Customers are not assigned to the order upon creation
In some store, there are cases where the order is created without an assigned customer, and they are added manually or by a third party app after creation. In these cases, easyPoints will receive the order information without customers, and will cause a bias in the data.
If your analytics are not visible, please check if your store does not apply to these conditions. If you cannot figure out the exact cause, please contact our customer support team: easypoints@lunaris.jp for help.
