The dashboard Analytics is currently limited to merchants that had over more than 300 orders in the past 30 days to ensure the data's accuracy.
​There might be cases where the data is not displayed due to errors and lack of data in our database.

The easyPoints dashboard analytics shows the data based on the orders created in the past 30 days.

Loyalty Program Customer Performance

This section shows the comparison of Avg. Cart Value, Order distribution, and return purchase rate between loyalty customers (= signed up customers) and guest customers.

Avg. Cart Value

The Average cart value in the past 30 days.

Comparison data with the guest customers are shown by percentage, and a bar chart.

Order distribution

The percentage of order created by loyalty customers among all orders in the past 30 days.

Return Purchase Rate

The percentage of short term return purchases (purchased 2 months in a row) in the past 30 days.

Comparison data with the guest customers are shown by percentage, and a bar chart.

e.g.: 30% on the 30th of March

Among every merchant that created an order between 28th Feb ~29 Mar, 30% of the people also ordered between the last period: 29 Jan~27 Feb

Point statistics

The bottom part of the card holds general point statistics.

  • Active Customer Count

  • Total Active Points

  • Total Redeemed Points

are shown together with the data describing how it increased / decreased compared to the last period.
