How to unsubscribe

How to unsubscribe

There are 2 methods to cancel the application.

1. Uninstalling the app

  1. Open the settings page on your Shopify management page.

  2. Access the apps and sales channels page.

  3. Scroll over to the easyPoints app and the "uninstall" button should appear.

After uninstalling, the subscription will be automatically cancelled as well.

Warning: If you have only used the widget, uninstalling the app will delete everything related to the app. However, if you have used the custom integration, there is a chance of errors on the store theme. To prevent this, we may need to take action prior to uninstallation. For further details, please contact support: eastpoints@lunaris.jp.

2. Cancelling the subscription

Access the subscription plan page from the easyPoints app's setting page, and click "Change".

Scroll to the very bottom and click "Cancel App Subscription".

If you wish to keep the app but stop subscription or any other services, this method will work effectively.
