The format of the CSV
Please take note of the following points:
Ensure that all titles such as Email, Points, etc. are written in Roman letters
Make there are no additional columns with irrelevant information
Verify that the character coding is UTF-8
Make sure that all characters in the CSV file are half-width characters
Make sure that all emails are listed with lowercase letters (easyPoints only allows lowercase letters for emails, so please convert them if any Uppercase letters are included)
If the things listed above are not followed, there will be an error with the CSV.
