Team Management gives district leaders direct control over who can access the district dashboard and what they can do within it. Rather than relying on your Customer Success Manager for every access change, leaders can independently manage permissions as their team evolves.

Note: Management access must be enabled by your Customer Success Manager before this tab becomes available. Reach out to your CSM to get this set up.
Viewing Your Team
See all current team members alongside their roles and school assignments
Adding a New Member
Click Invite Member
Enter the user's information to add them or create a new account
Assigning Permissions
Note: A permission must first be enabled at the district level in WebAdmin before it can be assigned here. Contact your CSM if an expected permission is unavailable.
Permission | What It Allows |
Editor | Can create and edit district assignments |
Viewer | Can view existing district assignments |
Progress Stats | Grants access to student progress data (toggle on/off) |
Select the specific schools or buildings the user can access, or grant access to all schools
