District assignments allow leaders to standardize assessments, improve data quality, and reduce teacher workload. Understanding who can create, edit, and view assignments ensures proper access and maintains consistency across schools.

Roles Overview

Note: Statistics are always limited to the schools assigned to the user.

Why This Structure Matters

  • Consolidates content without overwhelming users.

  • Groups related information together: roles, responsibilities, and access.

  • Enables shorter, actionable guidance that’s easy to navigate.

  • Supports linking to deeper references when needed.

Benefits for District Leaders

  • Maintains consistent assessment practices across schools.

  • Ensures accurate data collection and reporting for assigned schools only.

  • Reduces risk of accidental changes to assignments or access outside of the user’s responsibility.
