Share Data Through Clever
To share roster data with Magma Math through Clever:
Log in to your Clever Administrator account.
Open the Applications section.
Select Magma Math from your district applications.
Open Sharing Rules or Data Sharing Settings.
Configure sharing to include:
math classes only
associated students
associated teachers
Save your changes.
We recommend limiting sharing to math classes unless additional subjects are specifically needed. Once sharing is enabled, Clever roster syncs will automatically send updates to Magma Math during nightly syncs.
Allowlist Magma Math Domains
To avoid connectivity or firewall issues, ensure the following domains are allowlisted on your network and content filters:

If your district uses filtering systems such as:
GoGuardian
Lightspeed
other web filtering tools
please ensure these domains are allowlisted there as well.
Prepare Student Devices
iPads
If your district uses an MDM solution such as:
Jamf
Mosyle
another device management platform
deploy the Magma Math app to student devices before launch.
If no MDM is used, students can download the app directly from the App Store.
Laptops and Chromebooks
For the best experience, students should access Magma Math using Google Chrome.
Other browsers may not fully support all platform features.
Important Notes
Magma Math should be added to the Clever Portal for teacher and student access.
Clever roster syncs run nightly.
SIS updates such as enrollments and schedule changes will automatically sync once shared through Clever.
