➕ Create a Product
Go to the Products section.
Click the orange New Product button.
Fill in these sections:
🧾 General Information
Name: As it will appear in the POS.
Description (optional).
Categories: Assign one or more; choose a reporting category if multiple are selected.
Printer groups: Assign one or more printing groups.
💡 Tip: You can add a description if more information on the product is needed.
💵 Payment Info
Set if the item is taxable and track stock.
💰 Price Configuration
Set price per Revenue Center.
🧩 Modifiers
Assign single or grouped modifiers. Slide selections right to apply.
Use the Quick access to create a single modifier.
🎛️ Product Display Order
To change the display of multiple modifiers groups between them, just slide them between them.
💡 Tip: You need to first save your item with all modifiers groups needed, then reorder and then save again.
🔀 Create a Product With Variants
If the product comes in variations (e.g., sizes or flavors):
Only fill General Info of the base product.
Click Add a Variant.
Complete payment info, pricing, modifiers, etc., inside each variant.
Once you added a first variant, you can add others by clicking again on ‘'Add a variant’' at the bottom of that first variant.
