❓FAQ

Q: Can I view product sales without filtering by employee?
A: For a full product-level view regardless of employee, use the Sales Per Product report.

Q: What’s the difference between category group and category?
A: Category groups are higher-level containers (e.g., Food, Drinks), while categories are more specific (e.g., Burgers, Draft Beer).

Q: Are modifiers included in product totals?
A: Yes. Priced modifiers are treated as individual products and appear under a dedicated “Modifiers” category in reports. They are counted separately from the main product.
