After starting an order (Table, Takeout, or Eat-In), the workstation opens the Order Screen.
This screen is divided into several functional areas that help staff view the order, navigate through menu content, and perform actions quickly.
📝 1. Order Screen Overview
After starting an order, the workstation displays the Order Screen, divided into several functional areas.
📦 2. Order Summary
Shows:
Items in the order
Quantities
Prices
Modifiers
Subtotal, tax, total
Updates in real time as items are added or modified.
🪑 3. Seat Selection
The center button shows the current seat (for example, “Seat 1”).
Left and right arrow buttons let you move to the previous or next seat.
When you change seats:
The Order Summary list updates to show the items assigned to that seat.
Totals at the bottom still reflect the whole table, not just the current seat.
Use Seat Selection for multi-guest orders where each guest’s items need to be tracked separately.

Displayed at the top of the menu section.
Selecting a Category Group updates the available Categories.
📁 5. Categories
Displayed in a column on the right side.
Selecting a Category displays its Products.
🍔 6. Products
Buttons representing available menu items.
Tapping a product adds it directly to the Order Summary.
⚙️ 7. Function Shortcuts
Quick-access actions located at the bottom of the order screen.
Commonly used for high-frequency operations.

Opens the Additional functions menu.

🔸 Exit
Exits the order screen and returns to the home screen.
Reprints the receipt or associated printout.
🔸 Edit
Enables editing on the selected item.
🔸 Remove
Removes the selected item.
🔸 Add Remark
Adds a remark to the selected item.
🔸 Price Change
Changes the price of the selected item.
🔸 Description Change
Changes the description of the selected item.
🔸 Quick Table
Moves the order to a new table quickly and sends any new items before the transfer.
🔸 Transfer
Transfers the selected item to a different seat.
🔸 Transfer Table (disabled in screenshot)
Not functional on this screen.
Only available from the Status screen.
🔸 Waiter transfer
Transfers the order to another waiter.
🔸 Table Number
Changes the table number of the order.
🔸 Status
Opens the Status screen, which provides a consolidated view of the entire order across all seats.
Useful for reviewing and managing order flow in one place.
🔸 Cancel Order
Cancels the entire order.
🔸 Fire All
Fires all held items.
🔸 Customer Info
Opens the customer information screen.
🔸 Gift Card (disabled)
Available when gift card functionality is enabled.

Returns to the Order Screen.
