⏱️ Punch Clock
The Punch screen lets employees record their shift start and end times. Access it from the top bar shortcut or from the side nav menu.
The screen has two tabs:
Tab | Description |
Punch Clock | Shows your last punch time and starts a new punch session with a live running clock. |
Timesheet | View a history of all your punch-in and punch-out records for the pay period. |
To punch in: the Punch in button activates when you are not currently clocked in. To punch out: press Punch out to end your shift. The duration timer runs in orange while you are clocked in.
For corrections to your recorded time, contact a manager — employees cannot edit punch records directly from the app.
🎁 Gift Card
The Gift Card screen (accessed via the side nav) lets you manage gift cards independently of a check — for example, to check a balance, load value onto a card, or activate a new card.
Scan, swipe, or manually enter the gift card number using the keypad.
The system retrieves the card details and current balance.
Choose an action:
Action | Description |
Activate | Activate a brand-new card that has not yet been enabled. |
Load | Add a dollar amount to the card's balance. Enter the amount using the keypad and press Load. |
Give | Issue a complimentary gift card amount. |

⭐ Loyalty Balance
The Loyalty Balance screen lets you look up a customer's current loyalty point balance without starting or modifying an order. Enter or scan the customer's loyalty identifier to retrieve their account details and point total.
🔢 Countdown Meter
The Countdown meter lets managers set quantity limits for individual products, modifiers, and remarks. When a limit is reached, that item is no longer available for ordering on any workstation at this location until the count is reset or increased.
The screen has three columns:
Column | Description |
Products | Menu items with countdown quantities. Items showing a number have a limit set; ∞ means unlimited. |
Modifiers | Modifier options with individual quantity limits. |
Remarks | Remark options with individual quantity limits. |
Countdown meter quantities are shared across all workstations connected to the same location — a change here is reflected immediately on all POS terminals.
On the order screen, products and modifiers eligible for countdown display the current remaining quantity as a badge on the item button. The badge decrements in real time as items are added to a cart. When the count reaches zero, the item can no longer be added to new orders.
If a staff member voids an item from a cart or removes it before checkout, the corresponding quantity is automatically returned to the count. The Countdown Meter always reflects what has actually been sold, not what has been added to carts in progress.

The Reservations menu item appears in the side nav. This feature is Coming soon and is not yet active.
