The Requests in AssetHub provides a complete view of all service or support requests raised by your organisation.
Open Requests Tab
Displays all active or in-progress requests.
For each request, you can see:
Request Title
Status
Asset Name
Organisation Name (that owns the asset)
Created On date
Scheduled Date (if assigned)
Click on any request to view its full details.
Note: This tab displays all requests whose status is anything other than “Closed.”
Closed Requests Tab
Shows all requests that have been completed or resolved.
You can use search and filter options to find past requests by asset, status, or request type.
This tab helps you maintain a record of all past issues and track service history for shared assets.
