Navigating the Requests Section
Open Tab: Lists all active requests that are not closed.
Closed Tab: Lists all requests marked as closed.
Request Detail View
Tap any request to open the Request Detail View, which includes four tabs:
Overview Tab
Asset Name: Tap to view the Asset Detail.
View More Details: Quick link to the Details tab.
Status: Current status of the request.
Description: Summary of the issue or need.
Attached Procedures: Any procedures linked to the request.
Parts Section: Lists all parts associated with the request.
Procedures Tab
Shows all procedures assigned to the request.
Parts Tab
Displays all parts assigned to the request.
Details Tab
Request ID.
Creation Date.
Scheduled Date and Time (if applicable).
Assigned To: Person or team responsible.
Creating a New Request
Tap the floating Create Request button in the Requests list view.
Complete the request form:
Select Asset (auto-selected).
Request Type.
Title and Description.
Parts (if applicable).
Submit the request directly from the app.
