Email Integration Overview
Makula allows users to integrate their email clients directly into the platform. You can now configure multiple email accounts to manage communications across different teams or purposes.
Steps to Integrate an Email Account
Navigate to Settings:
Go to Settings > Work Management > Email Configuration.Configure Email:
Click “Configure Email”.Authenticate:
Follow the authentication process for your email client (e.g., Outlook, Gmail) to grant Makula access.Complete Setup:
Once authenticated, your email account will be connected and available in the Email module.
Multiple Email Support
You can add and manage multiple email accounts.
All configured emails will be available for sending, receiving, and managing conversations within the Makula platform.
When composing or replying to emails, you can select which configured email address to use.
