A Public Customer Portal Link can now be shared directly from Company Settings, giving external users access through a branded login page. Users can sign in or request access automatically, making onboarding simpler and more professional.

Public Customer Portal Link & Branded Login Page

Users can now easily share a Customer Portal link directly from the General tab in Company Info under Settings. This link opens a branded login page for the Customer Portal, offering a simple and professional entry point for external users.

How it works:

  • External users can sign up or sign in through the branded Customer Portal login page.

  • If the user already has access to shared assets, they will be taken directly to those assets upon login.

  • If the user does not have access, a connection request will automatically be sent to the portal owner upon signup or login.

Key Benefits:

  • Simplifies the process of inviting and granting access to customers.

  • Creates a branded, professional entry point for external users.
