How do I edit a work order title or description?
Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Work Orders from the sidebar.
Click on the work order you want to edit to open the detail view.
Click directly on the title or description field to enable editing.
Update the text as needed.
Click the checkmark icon to save your changes.
Are work order edits tracked?
Yes. All edits are recorded in the Activity Log for transparency and accountability. You can view the Activity Log tab within the work order to see a history of changes, including who made the change and when.
