How do I add followers to a work order?
Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Work Orders from the sidebar.
Open the work order you want to add followers to.
Locate the Followers dropdown at the top of the page.
Click the dropdown and select the team members you want to add as followers.
Followers will receive email notifications when updates are made to the work order.
How do I show followed work orders in My Work Orders?
By default, followers do not see work orders they follow in their My Work Orders page unless access is granted.
To enable this:
Go to Settings > Access and Permissions under Work Management.
Toggle ON the Work Order Access option.
Followers will now see the work orders they follow in their My Work Orders list.
Who can be added as a follower?
Any team member within your organisation can be added as a follower on a work order. This is useful for keeping managers, supervisors, or other stakeholders informed about progress without assigning them as the primary responsible person.
