What do I need before attaching a procedure?
Ensure at least one procedure template exists in the Procedures before attaching it to a work order.
How do I attach a procedure to a work order?
Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Work Orders from the sidebar.
Open the work order you want to attach a procedure to.
Scroll to the Procedures section.
Click + Attach Procedure.
Select the procedure template from the dropdown list or choose from the filled procedure(if exists).
Click the Attach Procedure button.
The procedure will now appear in the Procedures section of the work order.
Can I attach multiple procedures to a work order?
Yes. You can attach multiple procedures to a single work order. This is useful when a job requires engineers to complete several checklists or forms.
Can I attach the same procedure more than once?
