Attachments in Work Orders

Learn how to upload, download, and delete attachments in work orders in Makula Field Service to keep important files organised and accessible.

How do I upload an attachment to a work order?

Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Work Orders from the sidebar.

  1. Open the work order you want to add an attachment to.

  2. Scroll to the Attachments section.

  3. Click the Upload Attachment button.

  4. Select the file you want to upload.

  5. Click Upload.

Once uploaded, the file will appear in the Attachments section.

Note: Maximum file size is 50 MB.


How do I download an attachment?

  1. Open the work order containing the attachment.

  2. Scroll to the Attachments section.

  3. Click the ellipsis (three dots) next to the file.

  4. Select Download.


How do I delete an attachment?

  1. Open the work order containing the attachment.

  2. Scroll to the Attachments section.

  3. Click the ellipsis (three dots) next to the file.

  4. Select Delete.


What file types can I upload?

You can upload various file types including documents, images, PDFs, and spreadsheets. Use attachments to store manuals, images, reports, or any other supporting documents related to the work order.
