How do I edit a company?
Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Companies from the sidebar.
Open the company detail page for the company you want to update.
Click the ellipsis (three dots) icon in the top right corner of the page.
Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
A modal will open where you can update the following fields:
Company ID
Company Name
Company Type (Supplier, Customer, Distributor)
Click Update to save your changes.
How do I delete a company?
You can delete a company in two ways:
From the ellipsis menu:
Click the ellipsis (three dots) icon in the top right corner of the company detail page.
Select Delete to initiate deletion.
From the edit modal:
Open the Edit modal as described above.
Click the Delete Company button inside the modal.
A confirmation prompt will appear in both cases. Confirm the action to permanently delete the company.
What happens when I delete a company?
This is an irreversible action. Once deleted:
All assets assigned to the company will be unassigned
All users from that company will lose access to shared assets
