How do I edit a product?
Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Products from the sidebar.
Open the product detail page for the product you want to update.
Click the ellipsis (three dots) icon in the top right corner of the page.
Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
Update the fields as needed.
Click Update to save your changes.
What fields can I edit?
You can edit:
Product Name
Product Model
Description
Image
Documentation (upload or remove files)
Parts (add or remove)
Procedures (add or remove)
How do I delete a product?
Open the product detail page for the product you want to delete.
Click the ellipsis (three dots) icon in the top right corner of the page.
Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
Confirm deletion in the modal.
You cannot delete a product unless all assets created from it are deleted first.
