How do I delete a work order in Makula?
Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Work Orders from the sidebar.
You can delete a work order using two methods.
Method 1: Delete from the Work Orders page
Go to Work Orders in your Field Service workspace.
Locate the work order you want to delete.
Click the bin icon next to the work order.
A confirmation modal will appear.
(Optional) Enter a reason for deleting the work order in the text field.
Click Delete to confirm.
Method 2: Delete from the Work Order detail view
Open the work order you want to delete.
Click the ellipsis (three dots) in the top right corner.
Select Delete Work Order.
A confirmation modal will appear.
(Optional) Enter a reason for deleting the work order.
Click Delete to confirm.
Can I recover a deleted work order?
No. Deleting a work order is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure you have selected the correct work order before confirming deletion.
