How do I add a new part?
Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Parts from the sidebar.
Click the + Add Part button in the top right corner.
Complete the part details.
Click Create Part.
The new part will appear in your Parts list.
What fields are required when creating a part?
Article Number (Required): Enter a unique identifier for the part
Name (Required): Enter the name of the part
Description (Optional): Add details about the part
Image (Optional): Upload a visual reference
Custom Fields (Optional): Complete any additional fields configured in Settings
How do I assign a part to an asset?
Open the asset you want to assign the part to.
Go to the Parts tab.
Click + Add New Part.
Select the part from the list.
Click Save.
How do I assign a part to a product?
Open the product you want to assign the part to.
Go to the Parts tab.
Click + Add Part.
Select the part from the list.
Click Save.
Parts assigned to a product are inherited by all assets created from it.
