How do I access My Assistants?
Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select AI Assistants from the sidebar.
You will find two templates available:
Internal Machinery Assistant
External Machinery Assistant
How do I create an Internal Machinery Assistant on an Asset?
Click on the Internal Machinery Assistant template or select Create Assistant and choose Internal Machinery Assistant.
A modal will appear explaining use cases. Click Continue.
Select the Asset radio button.
Choose the asset from your assets.
Provide a name and description (both required).
Click Continue.
Select relevant internal and external documents.
Click Create Assistant.
Your assistant will now be created and deployed on the selected asset.
Once deployed, the Chat with AI Assistant button appears on the asset. Clicking it will redirect you to the Assistant Chat.
Note: Document indexing might take a dew minutes.
How do I create an Internal Machinery Assistant on a Product?
In the creation flow, select the Product radio button.
Choose the appropriate product.
Provide a name and description.
Click Continue.
Select the necessary internal and external documents.
Click Create Assistant.
Once deployed, a Chat with AI Assistant button appears on all assets created from the product, as long as the documentation stays connected to the product.
