How do I create a portal?

Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Portals from the sidebar.

  1. Click the + New Portal button.

  2. A sidebar will open with two options: Existing Company (selected by default) and New Company.

  3. Choose your option and complete the required fields.

  4. Click Create Portal.


How do I create a portal for an existing company?

  1. Click + New Portal.

  2. Select Existing Company (this is the default selection).

  3. Choose a company from the dropdown list. Only companies without an existing portal will appear.

  4. Click Create Portal.

The portal will be created and linked to the selected company.


How do I create a portal for a new company?

  1. Click + New Portal.

  2. Select New Company.

  3. Enter the Company Name (required).

  4. Enter the Company ID (optional).

  5. Choose a Team if you want to assign the company to one.

  6. Click Create Portal.

The portal will be created and a new company will also be created automatically.
