How do I create a portal?
Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Portals from the sidebar.
Click the + New Portal button.
A sidebar will open with two options: Existing Company (selected by default) and New Company.
Choose your option and complete the required fields.
Click Create Portal.
How do I create a portal for an existing company?
Click + New Portal.
Select Existing Company (this is the default selection).
Choose a company from the dropdown list. Only companies without an existing portal will appear.
Click Create Portal.
The portal will be created and linked to the selected company.
How do I create a portal for a new company?
Click + New Portal.
Select New Company.
Enter the Company Name (required).
Enter the Company ID (optional).
Choose a Team if you want to assign the company to one.
Click Create Portal.
The portal will be created and a new company will also be created automatically.
