How do I access the Assets tab in a portal?

Navigation: Open your Field Service workspace, then select Portals from the sidebar. Click on a portal to open it, then go to the Assets tab.


How do I assign assets to a portal?

  1. Open the portal you want to add assets to.

  2. Go to the Assets tab.

  3. Click + Assign Assets.

  4. A modal will appear showing assets already assigned to the company.

  5. Select the assets you want to share with the customer. You can select all or a subset of the assets.

  6. Click to assign the selected assets.

The assigned assets will now be visible to customers who have access to the portal.


Can I share all assets assigned to a company?

Yes. When assigning assets, you can choose to select all assets assigned to the company, or select only specific assets you want to share through the portal.


How do I remove an asset from a portal?

  1. Open the portal containing the asset.

  2. Go to the Assets tab.

  3. Locate the asset you want to remove.

  4. Click the ellipsis (three dots) next to the asset.

  5. Select Remove to unassign the asset from the portal.

The asset will no longer be visible to customers in the portal.
