With followers, your team members can collaborate on the work orders. To add followers to the work order follow the below steps
Steps:
Go to the work order detail page and click on the eye icon.
In the dropdown select the members you want to add as followers on the work order.
Members added as followers will receive an email notification.
Show Followed Work Orders in My Work Orders
By default, followers will not see the work orders they are being added as a follower on their "My Work Orders" page. In order to show the work orders, follow the following steps;
Steps:
Go to Main Settings and select "Access and Permissions" from the left navigation menu.
Toggle ON the "Work order access" option.
The followers will now see the work orders they are being added as a follower on their My Work Orders page.
