On your Components List page, you can look up specific components and view details. This article is going to walk you through what the component looks like and information about each tab on the detail view.

Component “General Information”
On this tab, you will see all of the following:
A “Details” section that includes
Component Image
Component ID
Machine: It will be shown if the component is assigned to a machine. You can click on the machine name to open the machine detail view.
Description
Show the description of the component. You can edit the description here and this will also be shown to your clients once the machine is assigned to them.
Components “Parts”
On this tab, you will see the following:
Shows a list of all the parts that are assigned to the production line. It shows the part image, name, description, and article number.
You can assign new parts to the production line by clicking the “+ Assign part”. See here how to assign Parts to the Components
You can unassign the parts from the component by clicking the “Unassign” icon with the article number.
You can click on the part to see the details in the sidebar.
