Each campaign’s analytics section displays key performance metrics separated by channel:

  • Contacted – The total number of users targeted or reached.

  • Sent – The number of messages successfully sent to your audience.

  • Delivered – The number of messages that reached recipients’ inboxes.

  • Open Rate – The percentage of recipients who opened your message (Email only).

  • Click-Through Rate (CTR) – The share of users who clicked on a link within your message.

  • Delivery Rate – The ratio of delivered messages compared to total sent.

Below these cards, you’ll find the Channel Performance table, which breaks down performance by channel — showing total sent, open rate, CTR, conversions, and engagement rate.

This helps you compare how each channel performs and identify where your audience is most responsive.
