Match channel to message type:

  • SMS: Time-sensitive alerts, appointment reminders, short promotions

  • WhatsApp: Conversational engagement, customer service, rich media

  • Push notifications: Instant alerts, app-specific promotions

  • Voice calls: High-priority communications, personal touch for VIP customers

Test integrations before campaigns: Send test messages through each channel to verify everything works correctly before launching your campaign.
