STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE

1. Log into your Marro account

2. Head to ‘Account Settings’

  • Scroll to the bottom of your dashboard and select Account Settings.

3. Find the ‘Delivery Address’ section

  • Click Edit to open your address book.

4. Manage your addresses
Here, you can:

  • Add a new address – Quickly set up a new delivery location and include optional instructions so your box arrives just the way you like.

  • Remove old addresses – Keep your account up to date and avoid deliveries to old locations.

  • Choose your primary address – Click the small red button next to your preferred location to make sure every future box is sent to the right doorstep.


IMPORTANT NOTE

  • All changes to your subscription need to be made before 11pm, two days prior to your next box delivery.

    • Example: If your box is due on Wednesday, make edits by 11pm on Monday.

  • We’ll send a delivery reminder email to help you remember.
