STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
1. Log into your Marro account
Start by logging in via the Marro login portal.
2. Head to ‘Account Settings’
Scroll to the bottom of your dashboard and select Account Settings.
3. Find the ‘Delivery Address’ section
Click Edit to open your address book.
4. Manage your addresses
Here, you can:
Add a new address – Quickly set up a new delivery location and include optional instructions so your box arrives just the way you like.
Remove old addresses – Keep your account up to date and avoid deliveries to old locations.
Choose your primary address – Click the small red button next to your preferred location to make sure every future box is sent to the right doorstep.
IMPORTANT NOTE
All changes to your subscription need to be made before 11pm, two days prior to your next box delivery.
Example: If your box is due on Wednesday, make edits by 11pm on Monday.
