HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Life changes. Humans and their cats need a Fresh start, more room for more zoomies. Whatever the reason, sometimes your delivery address needs an update.

These simple steps make sure your cat’s next Marro box arrives at the right doorstep:

1. Log into your Marro account

Start by logging in via the log in portal

2. Head to 'Account Settings'

Once logged in, scroll to the bottom of your dashboard and select Account Settings.

3. Find the 'Delivery address' section

This is where the magic happens. Click Edit, and you’ll see your address book pop up.

4. Manage your addresses

In here you have the ability to:

-Add a new address – Quickly set up a new delivery location and include optional instructions so your box arrives just the way you like.

-Remove any old addresses – because nobody needs boxes showing up at your ex’s place👀
-Choose your primary address – Click the small red button next to your preferred location. This ensures every future box is sent to the right doorstep, every time.

Please note: all changes to your subscription need to be made before the cut-off time of your next box, so please contact us ahead of this. The cut-off is always at 11pm 2 days before your box is due to be delivered. For example, if your delivery is due on Wednesday, you'll need to make any edits by 11pm on the Monday prior. Don't worry, we'll send you a delivery reminder via email to help you remember.
