You can make the following changes in your account:

Forgot your password and can’t access your account? Request a reset link to regain access to your account here.

If you need to make any other changes to your subscription or your/you cat's details, just give our Customer Love Team a call or email for and we will be happy to help you. Our contact details are:

Lines are open 10am-5pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays)

Please note: all changes to your subscription need to be made before the cut-off time of your next box. This is always at 11pm 2 days before your box is due to be delivered. For example, if your delivery is due on Wednesday, you'll need to make any edits by 11pm on the Monday prior. Don't worry, we'll send you a delivery reminder via email to help you remember!
