Work

In Matidor, work tracks the activities you perform to complete a project.

Work fields

You can track information such as title, assignee, dates, status, and any other custom fields defined in the work template. See more about the topic of Templates.

Work subtasks

You can add one or more subtasks to a work. Similar to work, subtasks can be assigned and have set due dates set. However, unlike work, subtasks do not have any custom fields, attachments like costs and files, or approval workflow.

You can pre-defined a list of subtasks in the work template, so that they will be automatically added to the work you create.

Also, a subtask can be set as a “blocker”, meaning that it must be complete before the Work can be sent for approval or marked as closed.

Work files

You can attach one or more files to work.

Note: Any files attached to the work will also appear under Project Files.

Work approvals

When enabled in work template, you must submit a work for its project manager’s approval before work can be closed. See Template for how to enable work approvals.

If you are a project manager, you will see a message like below to approve or reject a work.

Work reports

You can export the work in PDF. You can choose to include map, subtasks and other items in your report:
