🚀 Website Improvements
Work PDF Exports: Selected fields are now included even when they contain no data, ensuring consistent report structure.
Views & Organization: “Group by” elements are now sorted alphanumerically.
Work Templates: Users can now customize icons for work templates.
Project Settings:
Added the ability to show or hide the Schedule field on projects.
Improved delete confirmation prompts for projects and budgets.
Drawings: Added support for drawing lines with arrows.
Tasks: Subtasks are now included in the My Tasks list.
Integrations: Improved LSD format handling for RockSight integration.
📱 Mobile Improvements
Navigation & Layout:
Projects now open in a midsize panel by default.
“Locate Me” button dynamically adjusts based on panel size.
Drawing panels now expand to full length during creation.
Overflow menu spacing updated to match design standards.
My Tasks & Workflows:
Improved My Tasks screen for clarity and usability.
Subtasks now appear in My Tasks.
After creating a work item, users are returned to the Project Summary screen.
Forms & Validation:
Removed the read-only template field from the work details screen.
Save and Cancel buttons resized for better usability.
Required fields are now highlighted when attempting to close a work.
Field requirements are only enforced when closing a ticket.
Replaced the auto-fill button with an informational banner at the top of the form (aligned with web behavior).
Improved error messaging when closing a work with blocked subtasks.
Project & Search Enhancements:
Improved project creation flow.
Search and Add Project icons repositioned for easier access.
Location search results are now directly clickable without requiring an extra “center” action.
Additional Enhancements:
Overdue indicators improved.
Project Summary screen enhancements.
Updated label components for improved consistency.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Template name changes now update correctly across the platform.
Fields that were previously used can now be deleted once their data is removed.
Fixed missing default columns for new companies in user table views.
Cancel and Save buttons now consistently appear when adding new work items.
Headlines now correctly display the work index instead of repeating the title.
“Group by” settings no longer carry over between workspaces.
Manual portfolios now display recently created projects for selection.
Assignee avatars now appear correctly in dropdowns within work items.
Renaming a subtask within a work now saves correctly.
Fixed issues where incorrect “most recent” data appeared for work, budgets, costs, and files.
Calculated fields now recalculate as expected.
Project template settings no longer show archived work templates.
📱 Mobile-Specific Fixes
Fixed cancel button behavior during work creation.
Long project names now truncate with “...” while preserving the work index.
Fixed project creation issues when selecting templates or status after typing a project name.
Keyboard no longer covers Save and Cancel buttons.
Workspaces are now fully scrollable.
