This month brings a wide range of improvements along with stability fixes to ensure smoother workflows and better overall usability.

Website Improvements

  • Project/Subproject Interaction: Subprojects can now access parent project columns in table view.

  • Project Creation Workflow: Adding projects with locations is faster and simpler with the new flow.

  • Budget integrations: You can now connect with multiple external budgets at once in a project.

  • System Layers: Project makers now ignore subprojects when toggling layers.

  • Saved Views Enhancements: Added freeze-column selection for better control of wide tables.

  • New Drawing Symbols: Added hazard and lightning bolt symbols for more precise markup.

  • PDF Export: Improved text handling to ensure full words stay on a single line.

  • Photo Downloads: Handling of photos with identical filenames.

  • Dropdown UX Improvements:

  1. Hover state now covers the full dropdown area, not just the upper portion.

  2. Names in dropdowns and filters now automatically strip formatting and standardize display.

  3. Current user is shown at the top and labeled with “(me)”.

  4. Multi-select filters now include checkboxes for clearer selection.

Bug Fixes

  • Restored the ability to remove subtasks.

  • Table View – Work: Filtering by a template no longer brings in all parent and system fields by default.

  • Fixed an issue where comments and activities failed to load after adding 15 comments.

  • Cloned projects are now searchable in global search and table view.

  • Drawings: “Select all” now correctly exports all drawings, not just the initially loaded ones.

  • Portfolio: Subprojects now display the correct colors when using "Grouping by."
