June's release focuses on making project management faster and more efficient with powerful workflow enhancements, improved table and import capabilities, better project navigation, and stronger mobile offline support. This release also introduces new batch actions, expanded notifications, and a wide range of bug fixes to improve reliability across both web and mobile.
🚀 Website Improvements and Bug Fixes
Project Views & Navigation:
Cluster overlapping projects inside a project view. Cluster labels now display "<current project name> and X more" when multiple projects overlap.
Minimize or collapse the project panel for more workspace.
Users can expand or hide all subprojects with a single toggle.
Users can now open work items in a new browser tab from the Timeline view using Ctrl+Click (Windows) or Cmd+Click (macOS).
Layers & Drawings:
Imported drawings can now be exported from spreadsheet imports.
PDF exports now support projects containing more than 100 photos.
Tables & Views:
Column sort order is now saved as part of the View configuration.
The Add Columns panel has been redesigned and now displays all available fields that are not already shown in the table.
Table view UI has been refreshed with updated layouts and shortcuts moved into the View panel.
Parent project system fields can now be added as columns in Work, Budget, and Cost tables when working inside subprojects.
Child projects can access parent project columns directly in table views.
Work Management:
Added search input for multi-choice fields.
Closed work items are now easier to identify.
Added a + button for creating work items directly from the Summary tab.
Added batch status updates for work items. Items that fail validation are automatically skipped.
Added batch actions for Project Contributor and Guest Contributor in table view.
Bulk subtask creation is now supported.
Users can batch create budgets via FTP sync.
Reminder email notifications can now be sent for self-assigned work items and subtasks.
Added email notifications for overdue tasks.
Added email notifications when a task is reassigned.
Imports:
Spreadsheet imports now use more flexible matching for dropdown values.
Subprojects can now be imported using either the project name or project key.
Bug fixes:
Fixed an issue where PDF exports only included one photo per page in some cases.
Fixed dropdown and multi-choice filters returning partial matches instead of exact matches.
Fixed password reset failures from both the user profile and login page.
Fixed incorrect filtering for custom date fields in table view.
Fixed guest viewers being unable to access project comments tagged with their names.
Fixed validation errors triggered when selecting all or unselecting all photos during PDF export.
Fixed intermittent failures when archiving or unarchiving projects.
Fixed Search table results returning fewer projects than expected.
Fixed the Today label not displaying correctly for newly created items.
Fixed restricted users seeing the Create Project option in location search.
Fixed missing file extensions in the Work files list.
Improved reliability when exporting large client datasets to Excel.
Fixed batch status updates displaying statuses from all workspaces instead of the current workspace.
Fixed guest user autocomplete issues during invitations.
Fixed PDF downloads failing for project names containing the # character.
📱 Mobile Improvements and Bug Fixes
Project details can now be edited while working offline.
Mobile devices temporarily store unsaved changes locally when connectivity is unstable, helping prevent data loss.
When Track Me is enabled, the blue dot now also displays the device's current direction.
Selecting a drawing now automatically highlights its mapped area.
Fixed reported GPS (blue dot) jumping issues for the Track Me feature.
Fixed offline work items with geolocation ignoring template default statuses after synchronization.
Fixed map zooming out unexpectedly when assigning subprojects to parent locations.
Fixed intermittent failures during mobile photo uploads.
